Cooling-Off Rights & Waiver Information

Your Statutory Rights (UK & EU Customers)

If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

The 14-day cancellation period begins on the day you complete your purchase.

When You Lose Your Right to Cancel

For Consulting Services

You expressly acknowledge and agree that when you purchase consulting services and our discovery process commences, you are requesting that we begin work before the end of the 14-day cancellation period.

By completing the discovery process, you waive your statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 once our work has commenced.

At the time of purchase, you will be required to provide express consent by ticking a box acknowledging:

"I expressly request that consulting services begin immediately and acknowledge that I will lose my right to cancel once work commences following completion of the discovery process."

For Digital Products (if applicable)

When you purchase digital products and request immediate access to download or view content, you waive your right to cancel once the content has been fully downloaded or accessed.

How to Exercise Your Right to Cancel

You must send your cancellation notice before the 14-day period expires and before any waiver conditions are met.

Refund Timeline

If you validly cancel before waiver conditions apply:

  • We will refund all payments received
  • Refund processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation
  • Same payment method as original purchase (unless you agree otherwise)
  • No fees charged for the refund

Refund Policy After Work Commences

Once the discovery process is complete and work has commenced, refunds are governed by Section 11 of our Terms & Conditions:

Before Delivery of Final Deliverables

  • Refund before discovery completion: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
  • Refund after discovery, before delivery: Typically 50% at discretion, reflecting work completed

After Delivery of Final Deliverables

  • No refunds available once final deliverables (reports, analyses, recommendations) have been provided
  • Satisfaction remedies may be offered at our discretion (clarification, supplementary analysis, extended support)
